and-boudi so destroyed, Tie Commissioners shall, from time to time, report to
the Govjrnor their action and the amounts of the liabilities of the State titus
desiroyed.
Svo. 2. The Comptroller shall keop a complete register of each warrant,
co,|pon and bond cancelled and destroyed nader the provisions of this act. This

Assessors and Collc~tors of taxes and Chief Justices be authorized and allowed
to purchase stationery In soub amounts as may be necessary to accomplish the
enda of their olfices, at the Co-nptroller's department, when thure shall he any
on hand, at what it will cost the State to procure and transport the same to the
capitol,

be, and is hereby authorized to exchange a negro boy, belonging to said estate,
to-wit: Wlcl, aged about 16 years, for a negro girl or woman of  oat valu ni,
1'rovid,i That an account ot' said exchange shall be returned to the Probato
Court it writing, and under oath, subject to tle approval of the Chief Justice.
Svc. 'J. Tie above named act shall take effect aud be in force from and
after its pa(ssage.
