SECTION 1, Be it enacted by the' Legislature of the State of Mexas, That the County Court in and for the County of Ander- son be, and it is, hereby, authorized and empowered to levy and collect a sum sufficient for the purchase of one hundred and twenty-eight Morse rifles, purchased by said county for military, purposes.
