Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State !f Texas, That the time of coml)letion of the first section of twenty-live miles of the Sabine, Galveston Bay Railroad and Lumber Company, be, and the same is hereby extended, and the term of three years from the passage of' this Act is hereby granted to said Company for the completion of thl, said first section of twenty live-miles. SEm. 2. That said Company be, and tley are hereby required to complete the said road within five years from the completion of the said first Section of twenty-five miles: Pr-ovided, That said Company shiall hiave the benefit of all General Laws enacted by the present Legislature, grant- ig extensions to Railroad Companies in this State. SEc. 3. That this Act take eflect and, be in force from and after its passage. Approved February 13, 1858. ( CHAPTER 121. AN ACTfor the relief of P. J. Jennings. S.CTION 1. Be 'it enactcd by the Legislature of the Stat of Texas, That the Treasurer of the State is hereby required to pay to P'. J. Jennings the sum of four hundred and fifty dollars, being ono half of the assessed value of a negro slave Lucinda, executed in the county of M\ougomery. Approved, February 13, 1858.
