SEC. 2. That thii act take effect and be in force fi'Qm and after its passage. Approved, Feb. 2nd, 1856. CHAPTER L1V. An Act to authorize John II, White, a IMinor, to take charge of his Estate and transact business as though he were twenty- one years of age. SgcTioN 1. Be it enacted by the Iegislqture of the State of Texa8, That John I. White, of Gonzales equnty, a minor, be, and he is hereby rejeased from all the legal disabilities of minority, that he is hereby authorized to fake charge oftand manage his estate, real and personal, and transact business and be responsible and liable for his actions as though he were twefity one years of age.
