An Act for the relief of Theresa Tyler.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Texas, That the Commissioner of the Gleneral Land Oflice, issue
to  1Theresa Tyler, a certificate for one league and one labor of land,
which certificate shall be located and patented, in separate prop-
erty, and for the sole use and benefit of the said Theresa Tryler and
her heirs, and no other person, as other first class headright certill-
tales; and that this act take effect from and after its passage.
Alpproved, January 15, 1852.
CHAPTEll XIX.
An Aet for the relief of Win. Grooms and Thomas N. Litle.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Texas, That the Commissioner of the (lencral L]and Ollice be, and
he is hereby authorized and required to issue to William Grooms
and Thomas N. Little, ehch a certificate for three hundred and
twenty ares of land.
See. 2. That said evrtilicates may be located on any vacant and
unapproprianted land in this State; and that the soi ( ommissimer
