JOINT RESOLUTION raising a Committee of both Houses, to take Into consideration certain portions of the Governor's Message. Resolved by the General Assembly of the State of Ten- nessee, That that portion of the Governor's Message which relates to the pecuniary distress of the country, and the embarrassment of the people, be referred to a Joint Select Committee of both Houses of the General Assembly, to consist of one member of the House of Representatives from each Congressional District in the State, and six members on the part of the Senate.
