vided for, the subscribes to the capital stock of the said cotn-
pany and their assigns, - shall be and are hereby declared to
be invested with all the rights and privileges herein confer-
red on the individuals named in the said first section and the
same subscribers and their assigns, shall constitute the said
Sycamore Manufacturing Company, and so much of the said
first section as is inconsistent with these provisions shall be
repealed.

CHAPTER CCXXXV.
An act to defray the expenses of the present General Assembly, with
a Report of the Joint Cemmittee of Finance, which Is made part of
this Bill.
ScTIro  1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the
State of Tennesee, That the Comptroller of the Treasury is-
sue his warrants to the following persons for the respective
sums herein stated to be due such, viz:
To John Cocke, Jr., for services rendered as Principal
Clerk to the Senate, the sum of seven hundred and thirty-
two dollars.
To A. A. Kirkpatrick, for services rendered as first Assist-
ant Clerk to the Senate, the sum of seven hundred and thir-
ty-two dollars.
To Jacob A. Lane, for services rendered as second Assist-
ant Clerk to the Senate, the sum of seven hundred and thirty-
.two dollars.
To John T. Sevier, for services rendered as Door Keeper
to the Senate, the sum of four hundred and eighty-eight dol-
lars.
To Gabriel Ferris, for services rendered as Messenger to
the Senate, the sum of one hundred and seven dollars.
To Timothy Kezer, for hire of Boy, Ned, to furnish water,
sweep and keep fires in the Senate Chamber, the sum of fif.
ty dollars.
To Stockley D. Mitchell, for services rendered as Princi-
pal Clerk to the House of Reoresentatives, the sum of. seven
undred and thirty-two dollars.
To Henry D. Goodrich, for services rendered as first As-
sistant Clerk to the House of Representatives, the sum Qf
seven hundred and thirty-two dollars.
