An Act for the relief of Joseph Black and John M. Brown. SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, That Joseph Black, convicted of pe- tit larceny in the county court of Cocke, be, and he isosephmaok hereby restored to all the rights, privileges and immu- nities of which he was deprived, in consequence of said conviction. SEc. 2. Be it enacted, That John M. Brown, convicted of petit larceny in the.circuit court of Madison county, JohA Brown be, in like manner, restored to the privileges and immu- nities of citizenship. P. W.
