N ACT for the relief of Zacheriah Sullins and
William Hitchcock.
SEc. 1. Be it enacted by the General .Assent-
bl ot'the State of Teniessee, That the court of pleas
and quarter sessions of White county, a majority
ofthe acting justices being present, are hereby au-
thorized and empowered, if in theii discretion it
way seem reasonable, to release Zachariah Sullino
and William Hitchcock from the payment of the
forfeitures entered againstthem in the circuit court
of White county, at the dugust term, 1827, for five
hundred dollars each, which were entered against
them as'secur ties of William Sullins and Pleasant
Hitchcock, upon the payment of all costs accruing.

AN ACT for the relief of Thomas Simpson of O
verton county,
SEC. 1. Be it enacted by the Gee ra  Assembly
of the State of Tennessee, That the regi.iter of 0-
vertun county, register a bill of sale from John
Tate to Thomas Simpson for two negroes, dated
the 5th day ofianuary 1826, and such bill of sEle
wyhen registered shall be as good, and valid in law
as if the same had been done within the limited
time for registration ofauch bills of sale, provided
the same has been proven as required by law and
provided also that it shall not effect the title of any
other person.
