Sce. 1. Be it enuactedby the General Ascnibly of t he state
&Te'necsseeh, at the bridge beloriging to foL ee and   ' g01
John Roddy, across Powell's river, in Claiborne c       olirmed
band the same is hereby Cestablishtd and confirmed.
Sec-.q 2  3e.t enacted. That the said Tohn Lee Pnd Tohtn
RoddV be authorizeri to de:'and and receive the fllowing
rates of toll, vi, : Fo cach four whel plc-aurahle car-
riage seventv-!five rcents, for each warr'nn and tqni, and
driver, and such women and chiklren as comnos nort of
their load and family, slaves exepted svently-five cents,
fbr each two wiheel1 plensurable cvrrinagi fifty cents, for
each cart and dr;ver, and spuh women nt- i-Ul'ren as
pese part of their load and family, slaves excep'ed, thirty..

and an half cents, for each loose or led borne sIx and one
fourth cents, for each foot passengerove- the ne of tel'e
years six and one friurth cents, for each head of cattle

person going to nor retuirning from any musters or elec-
tions that are authorizeI by law (in this state.

ent, should think the toll herein named to.be too high, they
shall proceed to lover said rates.
