An act authorizing Moses Fisk to
open a Turlnpike Road.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Asseibly ofthd
state of rennessee, That Mofes Fifk may open a road
from Hilham to the Highlands fouth of Roaring river Turnpike
croling helow its jundion with Springkcreek, to be made from HlilhaM
and kept twenty feet wide, fourteen feet of which width to the hig[t
