BE it enacted by th: General Afemby of th's
SecT t~o  '   Stale of Tennefee, That all lands to which
the ladian claim is extinguahed by tteacty, helA by deed,
grant, entry, right of dower, courtfly or occupancy, all
free miles and nale fervants between the age of twenty
one and fifty years, and all fPaves male and f emale, between
the agc of twelve and fifty years, all town Jots,. and flud
horfes kept for the feafon of narei, all billiard tables, ric.

inbj:8 to the payment of public taxes; and the public ta,
on flch property and perforns hal be pioportioned In the

For each hundred acres of land twaive an cnc half cents
on each town lot twenty Five cents:

On each ILve twenty ivc cents:
On each [iud horfe kept for the feafon of mares, the fun

Oa cach retail aore twenty live dollars
On each pedler or hawker twenty five dollars  Prcuided

day cf May neit, prefure to keep up any billiard table, he,
