A N ACT TO EXR)IPT CERTAIN WAGONS FROM TOLL UNTIL TiE FIRST DAY OF A. D. 1845.
OCTOBER, IN THE TEAR ONE THUSAND EIGHT IINDRED AND FORTY-SIX.    No 2963
Be it enacled, by the Honorable the Senate and House of Representatives, certain wagons
now met anl sitting in General Assembly, aid by the authority of the same, exempted from
that all wagons laden with grain or flmur -hall he allowed to pass the Saluda tell.
Mountain Turnpike gate without payment of any toll until the first day of
October, in the year (of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty-six.
And that all toll exacted on wagons passing through said gate in search of
grain or fliur, shall be rutndeLd on their rcturniig laden with grain or flour
Or domestic consunption during the same period.
In the Senate House, the fifteenth day of December, in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and forty-five, and in the seventieth year of the Sove-
reignty and Independence of the United States of America.
