X. The Town Council of Camden shall hereafter be empowered to regu. Town Council

AN ACT TO ESTABLISH CERTAIN ROADS, BRIDGES AND FERrIaEs       No. 2905.
I. Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives, now met
