OF ACTS IN RELATION TO THE MILITIA OF TIIts STATE TO ONE ACT, AND
TO ALTER AND AMEND THE SAME.
Amendment of  I. Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives, now met and
11t stin. sitting in General Assembly, and by the nothority of tile saie, That the one
hundred and twenty-first section of an Act entitled  An Act to retduCC ill
Acts and clauses o' Acts in relation to the Militia of this State to one Act,
and to alter and aiiend the same, be altered and amended, so as to read as
follows:
ConpanyMus-  CXXI.. For non attendance at a Compiany Muster, the following fines shall
ter niles. .  be impoi.,sed, to-wit: on a Captain, fifteen dollars; on a Licutoult, or En-
sign, ten dollars; and on a non-commissioned oflicor, musician or private, two
dollars, and filty per cent. on the amount of the last gene ral tax of' such delin-
quent offiecr, non.commissioned oflicer, musician, or private.
Forimer excess  11. And be it further enacted, by the autthority aforesaid, That the Pay.

excess of fines, over and above the sum of two dollars, and fifty per cent. on
the last general tax, imposed on any defaulter, under the one hundred and
twenty-first section ofuan Act entitled an Act to reduce all Acts and clauses
of Acts in relation to the Militia of this State to one Act, and to alter and a-
m'nd the same. And wherever ext cations have been lodged in the hands of
the Sieriff, for the collection of fines imposed on any delinquent non.cois-
siotned oFIcor, musician, Or private, from Company Miuisteris, le shall be re-
quired to collect the sum of two dollars, and fifty per cent. oil the la4 geniral
tax of such dulinquent, and no more.
