AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT ENTITLED  AN ACT TO PREVENT THE CITIZENS A.D. 1812.
OF NEW YORK FROM CARRYING SLAVES, OR PERSONS IELD TO SERYICE, OUT

OF THIS STATE, AND TO PREVENT THE ESCAPE OF PERSONS CHARGED WITH
TIE COMMISSION OF ANY CRIE, PASSED ON THE SEVENTEENTH OF DECEM-
BER, EIGHTEEN HUNDR3D AND FORTY-ONE.
