SEC. 3. dnd be it further enacted b'y the authority aforseaid, That all executions now sued out, or hereafter of Exvcvuions. to be sued out, from the said City Court of Charleston, shall be tested, made returnable, and be retunrable, in like manner, as is now directed by law in relation to executions sued out, from the Courts of General Sessions and Coni- mnon Pleas of this State.
