In the Hifouse of Representatives, Dec.19, 1835,
Thle Colinittii on Claimns to which was referred the account of B. H. Saxon,
Secrnttiry of' State, reconunend that (1e, same be paid, and that n appropriation of
one hundred and nineteen dollars twenty-five and a quarter cents be made for the
purpose
Resolved, That House do agrec. Ordered it be sent to the Senate for concur.

for printing the Act amending the fourth article of the constitution, Report, Talit
they have considered the same, and recomnuend that be be paid the sum of thirty.
five dollars eighty-six cents, and that an approprintion be made for the purpose.

be paid the sum of ten dollars twenty-five cents, and that an appropriation be manide
for that purpose.

The Committee on Claims, to which was referred the petition of Robert C. Poole,
Sheriff of Spartanburg District, praying an appropriation for attending on a sick
prisoner, Report, That they have considered the same, and reconunend that lie be
paid the sum of forty-eight dollars, being fifty-cents per day, over and above the
charge allowed by law, and that an appropriation be made accordingly.
Resolved, That the House'do agree. Ordered to Senate for concurrence. By

prayiig conpensation for a slave executed, report:-That they have considered the
same, and recommend that the petitioner be paid the sum of one hundred and twen-
ty-two dollars, forty-four cents.
Resolved, That the House do agree. Ordered to the Senate for concurrence.
