SEC. 1. Be it enclted by the Senate and House of     .

by an Intendant and four Wardens, a njority of whom

bers, keep a common seal, take and hold property, sue

right incident to an incorporation.
SEc. 2. The said Intendant and Wardens shall al-
ways be persons entitled to vote for members of the

tion, of which ten days public notice shall be given,
and three managers appointed, by the Intendant and
Wardens for the time being, or if there should be neither
Intendant nor Wardens, by the Clerk of the Court of
Abbeville District: which managers having been sworn
so to do, shall fairly and impartially conduct and dr-
