therein contained, properly vouched: that ht- has expendec out of the appropriation
of $ 6,000 (six thousand dollars) lie simi ofthirteen hundred dollars and fourteen and
three quarter cents ($1,314 14-1,) leaving a balance in his hands, unexpended,
amounting to four thousand six huntdred and cighty-fiv dollars and eighty-six and a
quarter cents (4,685 86j,) which your committee are informed is deposited in the
Branch Bankof the State of South-Carolina, it this place, and ready, on the passing
If his account, to be paid into the public Treasury.
