Resolved, That the House do agree to the report. Ordered, That it be sent to the Senate. By order of the House, R. ANDERSON, C. H. R. In the Senate, December 15, 1828. Zeig- ler, praying compensation for a negro executed, beg leave to Report, that they have had the same under consideration, and find tile facts set forth in the petition, to be true: they therefore respectfully recommend that the prayer thereof be granted, and that the sum of one hundred and twenty-two dollars forty-four cents be appropriated for the payment of the same.
