for the repairs of the Jail in Marion district, if so much be ne-
cessary. ,
For the Comptroller-Qeneral, for attending at Washington
to'arrange the claims 6f this State against the United States,
seyen hundred.and fifty dollars.
Forthe Pilot of the Bay and Harbour of Geqrgetown, as a
conipensation foi eighteen hundi ed and twenty-six, thiee hun-
dred and twenty do lars; and also the sum of three hundred
and twenty dollars for his services during the year eighteen
hundred and twenty-seven.
For the support of a Magazine Guard at Georoetowo, to be
expended under the conti ol and direction of the'T'oWun Council
'of said tou n, five hundred dollars.
Sec. 10. Be it further enacted, That the following sums be
appropriated:
For the pay of the Clerk of the Court of Richland district,
for attending the Couit of Appeals in Columbia, for the year
eighteen hundred and twenty-sei en, one hundred and fifty dol-

same Court, and foi fuel and candles, for the year eighteen hun-
dred and twenty-seven, one hundred and fity dollars; to be
paid on producing a certificate of the Judget of said Court.
