Administrator of Solomon Sligh, deceased, praying payment of a ceetain- sum of mo-
xaey, beg leave to Report, that they have' considered the same, and do riespectiaily
recunini id, that the petitioner be paid the sum of fourteen dellais ainlseveptydive
COi's and Ihat the same be provided for in the appropriation bill.
. Resolved, That Senate do agree to the report. Ordered, That it be seit to the

THE Committee on Claims, to whom was referred the petition of Thomas He1riot,
Clerk of the C,ouirt of Common Pleas nid Sessions of Georgetown di.trict, praying an
appropriation of moncy for the pay of.1urors and Constables, beg leave to Iteport, that
they have considered the same, and recommend, that the Jurors suinnmoned. and at.
tending at the late fall term Court for Georgetown district, as well as such Constables
'as may have been legally in attendance, do make affiidavit of their respective attend-
ances, and that the Clerk of Georgetdwn do thereupon sggn the certificates according
to their attendance ; which said certificates shall le as valid, to all inten! s and purpo-
ses, as if the same were coumtersigned by one of the Judges of the Court of Sessions
,and Common Pleas.
