Jenkins, (niinos,) praying compensation for a negro executed, beg leave to Report, that they ha,'e careffily examined into the merit. of the same, and find it satisfactorily vouched, and your Committee, conceIving this to be a case for which some provision has been made by law, do respectfully re- commehd, that the prayer of the petitioner be granted, and that one hundred and twentty-two dollars and forty.four cents be set apart in the appropriation bill for that purpose.
