Ln the House of Repreisentatives, Decenbe 1, 180.
'lE Committee on Claims, to whom was referred the petition of Jeremiah Forres,
ier, praying payment for a negro executed, have considered the same, and recommend
that the prayer thereof be granted to the amount of one hundred and twenty.-two dolt
lars and forty-four cents.
Resolved, That the House do agree to the report. Ordered, That it be sent to the
tenate for tneir concurrenee.

praying for a pension, Report, that your Committee have had his petition under their
consideration, and recommend that the prayer thereof be granted, and that hie be
placed on the pension list.

House of Representatives for concurrence.
