ment for a slave executed, Report, that thy ha ve i' considered the sam, and find that
the petitioner's slave was executed fin' in atteipt to raise an insurrection, having
been previously appraised; your committee therefore recommend that the petitioner
be paui the sumon allowed by law for slaves execmed.
Resolved, That tis! House do agree to the report. Ordered, That it be sent to the
House of Representatives for concurrence.
