tions of war, purchased by this state and not acce'pted by the United States duiring
the late war, are in a state of dilpICdatcon, and that land was purchased with barracks
thereon at Haddrel's Point, which is now of no use to the state, and that it would be
highly expedient that said munitions of war, as well as said land and barracks, be sold
