THE coitmnittee on internal improvement to whom was referred tli petition of
Nicholas Herbemont, praying a re-conveyance of certain lots of land, IIepot that
theyihave considered the petition, and recoimnend that the Superintendent of public
works be instructed to offer to the petitioner, a conveyance of luts Nos. 1 & 2, and
the choice of lots, Nos. 3 & 9; and that he be instructed to require in exchange for
such conveyance, a public right of way to Daniel's mill, and land suililient to cohii-
plete the towy path in front of the lots of petitioner.
Resolved, That the House do agree to the report. Ordered, That it be sent to the
Senate fur concurrence.
