petitioner'scase, aid after 'examinationi of vouchers and oral testiionl givent thereon,
it is ofitpiniotn that the said h'ltotias H1ohniies is entitled to receive a pension from
this state, and reciomend to this house the liillw ing :
Resolvted, That a pension osixty dollars per annumi be allowed and paid outi of the
treasury of this state to 'Thomas iloinnes, so long as fhe m1ay five, anid that die sante be
