FITTIE cormittee of claims, to whom was referred the petition of Sanucl Mathis;
L praying compensation for revolutionarY services, Report, That they have had
the samte under consideration, and recommend that the prayer thereof be granted,
and the sum of one hundred and seventY-four dollars and eighty cents be appropria.

Resolved, That this house do agree to the report. Ordered, That it be sent to the
house of representatives for concurrence.
