For thesalaryof the secretaryof thc governor, four hundred and thirty dollars. For the salaries of fix judges of the courts of common pleas, each two thousand five hundred and seventy-two dollars; in the whole, fifteen thousand four hundred and thirty-two dollars. For the salaries of three judges of the court of equity, each two thousand one hundred and for- ty-four dollars; in the whole, fix thousand four hundred and thirty-two dollars. For the salary of the attorney-general, for giv- ing advice to the governor and other public offi- cers, in matters -of public concern, as a full: re- compence for the discharge of all public duties
