HEREAS it bath been reprefeited to the Legiflature; by Robert Har V I ris, of Harrifbuigh, in the flate of Pennfylvania, that a paper re. corded in-the Secretary's-Office, purporting to be the original will of Simp' fon Harris, is a perjury, and that the witneffes and parties interefted in deve. loping the fame, refide without the limits of the flae.; Be it therefore Enaaed by the honorable the Senate and Houfe of Repre6 fentatives, now niet and fitting in general Affembly, and by the auth9rity of the fame, That the Secretary of the State be, and he is hereby authorifed and dire~ted, to deliver to Robert Harris, of Harrifburgh, in the flate of Penn- lylvania, the faid paper, purporting to be the original will of Simpifon Har4 is, after duly recbrding in his office a copy of the fame, he the faid Robert lNarrisi paying the cuflomaiy fees of recoiding.
