Soc. 8.  Be it further enacted, That in all legal pro-

Sec. 4. .Be it further enacted, That in order tq have
such decree registered, the party desiring it shall produce to
the register a copy thereof,;i cortified by the clerk of th'

certificate; and for such services Lhall be allowed a fee of
one dollar.
So.' 5.  Be it further enacted, That nothing contained
