CHAPTER CXX[.
All Act to alter the times of selling lands -and negroes in Richmond
county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of North Car-
olina, and i. is hereby 'nacted by the authority of the same, That
the tinto of selling land and negroes in the county of' Riciuond, ti
changed in the month inl which thesnperior-court for said conly
happens to the Monday of said superior court.
S0c. 2. He it further enacted, That this act be in force from and
after its ratification.

CHAPYER CXXXII.
A n Act to elect two additional constables in the county of Guilford.
13- it enaeted by the General Assenbly of the State of North Cur-
lina, id it is hereby nnacted by the authority of the saile, That
in addition to theconstables already allowed by law for Guilford
county, it shall be the dutyof the justices of the court of pleas and
quarter sessions for the county ofGuilibrd, at the first tern of said
court which inny ( ccur after the first day of January in ncl and
every year, (seven justices being on the bench) to elect twoconsta-
bles, one in the co porate limits of the town t Greensborough, al
the othe'r wit hin th corporate limits of .Ianmestown, who shall ho'd
th-raOllices for one year after their election, enter into bond with
oodL .'eclrity and qualify as other constablcs for said counly.
