CHAP. LXI.
An Act to alter the time of selling Lands ardNegroesin Montgome.

Sac. 1. Be it emacted by the General .1ssenbly of the State of North
Carolina, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That
the timc of selling lands and negroes in the counties of Montgome-
ry and Stanly, be changed in the months in which the Superior
Courts for said counties happen, to the Mondays of said Superior
Courts.
SEc. 2. Bec it fuirther enacted, That this act be in force from
and after its ratification,
[Ratified the 25th day of January, A. D, 1843.]
CHAP. LXI.
An Act to repeal an act, passed in the year 1831, entitled an act to
abolish the Offices of County Trustee and Treasurer of Pub-
lic Buildings in the Counties of Richmond, Columbus,
Sampson and Robeson.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General ./1ssemb/y of the State ef North
Carolina, andit is hereby enacted by the authrity of the same, That so
much of the before recited act as relates to the county of Robeson,
be, and the same is hereby repealed.
