Be it enacted bsj the General .IAssembly of the Slate of North
Carolina, al it is hereby enacted by the authority qf the aame,
CosesinwhiCh Iat if apy runaway slave, contined in any jail of this Stute un-

II. Hie it further enacted, That in case the trustee of any coun-
ty, by the order of the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions there.

An act to establish a Superior Court of Law and Court of E'quity i1 the county of
Macon, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the General qsseinbly of the State qf North
Carolina, and it ?3 hereby enacted by the authority of the same,
