Resolved further, That thb reasonable ex- penses of such delegation should be paid; and, for that purpose, the sum of eighteen hundred dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated out of any moneys' in the State 'I'reasury not otherwise appropriated, and that the Auditor of Public Accounts be directed to issue a warrant for the same.
