Be it enacted by the Legislature qf the S/le of* llissisippi, That the right to prosecute a writ of error from the final sentence or judgment of the Mayor, or Mayor and Board of Aldermen, of the city of Jackson, provided for by the act to which this is a supplement, shall not apply in any case in which the amount of said final sentence or .judgment does not exceed the sum of thirty dollars.
