AN ACT to auihorize the Tiiustees of township eleven range one east, in Yazoo County, to distribute the schoo funds thereof. SECTION. 1. Be it enacted by.the Legislature of the State of Jlississippi, That the parents and guardians resi,(ling in township 11, range 1. east, in Yazoo county, shall be. entitled to a pro rata distribution of the income arising from the school fund of said township, which shall be divided in p,'Pportion to the number of pupils, and length of tiie they shall attend any school whatever. SEQ. 2. Be it fi-ther enacted, That thestrus- tees of said township, upon satisfactory evidence that the pupil has attended any school whatever, and the length of time of attendance, shall pay to the parents or guardians the pro rata to which the pupil may be entitled. .EC. . 3. Be tjuter enacted, That this act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. Approved, Dec. 14, 1859. CHAPTER CXIII.
