SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this act take effect from the date of the, payment of said costs. Approved, November 19, 1858. CHAPTER LXXXIII. AN ACT for the relief of Newman H. Dobbs, !sheriff and Tax Collector of the county of Monroeo. WHFREAS, Newman H. Dobbs, sheriff and tax collector of the county of Monroe, on the first day of March, A. D. 1854, collected of Messrs.
