CHAPTER 43.
AN ACT to repeal the tenth section of an act supplemental
to an act to incorporate the Locopolis Railroad Company,
Approved March 3, 1852.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the
State of Missssippi, That section ten of the above
recited act be, and the same is hereby repealed, so Repealing

CHAPTER 44.
AN ACT to repeal an act entitled an act to amend an act
to suppress trade and barter with slaves, and for other pur-
poses, approved March 6, 1850, so far as it applies to the
counties of Lawrence, De Soto, and Rankin.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the
State of Mississippi, That the provisions of the
above recited act be, and the same are hereby re- Repealing
pealed, and that this act take effect and be in force clause.

AN ACT to amend an act in relation to the locations of the
swamp and overflowed public lands, approved March 16,
1852.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Governor
