SEC. 4. Be it further enacted, That the State Treasurer be, and he is hereby authorised, from time to time, for the next three years, to purchase and procure, in his discretion, all needful boxes and receptacles for coin, for the use of his office,.and to pay for the same on the pay warrant of the Auditor of Public Accounts; which warrant or warrants, said Auditor is hereby authorised and required to issue on due proof of such purchase and procure- ment: Provided, That the expenditures under and by virtue of this section, shall not exceed fifty dol- lars per annum. SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. Approved March 4,1850. CHAPTER 31.
