Be itfurther eracted, That said deed,.so executed, shall convey to the said Burrage Heath- man, his heirs and assigns, all the right. title and in- terest, which was vested in the form:*r President and Selectnien of said town of Macon, by virtue of a deed of conveyance from the Board of Police of said county of Noxubee, to Reuben Ruff, President, and Edward Keys, Joseph H. Frith, Fleming T. Collins and John L. Purdy, former President and Selectmen of the said town of Maeon, bearing date the twenty- sixth day of July, A. D. eighteen hundred and thirty- six.
