Be it further enacted, That if any talisman juror shall be detained more than one day in any one cause, such talisman shall be entitled to the same pay and mileage as is prescribed by this act for ju- rors belonging to the original venire. SEC. 8. And be it flir/icr enacted, That all laws and parts of laws contrary to, or conflicting with, the provisions of this act be, and the same are here- by, repealed; and that this act take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
