Be it enacted by the legislature of the state of Mississippi, That the following sums be allow- ed and paid out of any money in the state treasu- ry, not otherwise appropriated : To Joel Selman, late tax collector for Jefferson To Joet county, the sum of seventy-four dollars and sixty- Selman. six cents.
