town of Gallatin.
Contracts  § 2. And be it further enacted, That the said
ing to be board be, and they are hereby required, as soon
m2ade with as said tax may be assessed, to proceed to let
bidder,  out the building to the lowest biddler, and to do
such other acts as they may deem proper to the
most speedy completion of the work.
Act to take  §3. Be it further enacted, That this act shall
efet.  take effect and be in force, from and after its
passage.
