Approved December 25, 1833. APPROPRIATIONS. CHAPTER XXII.-An act making certain appropriations therein named, anid for other purposes. SEc. 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Mississippi, That the following sums be allowed and paid out of any money in the state treasury not otherwise appropriated: 'ro J. 1. Mal- To John H. Mallery, for stationary and candles lory. furnislled for the use of the Legislature, seven hundred and seventy-eight dollars and ninety-five cents, and fifteen dollars and fifty cents for his tra- velling expenses in visiting the Planter's Bank at Natchez, making together seven hundred, ninety four dollars and forty-five cents. ro Judd & To Judd and Barnes, for tables furnished for the Barnes. Legislature and the Auditor's office, and for repairs to Clerk's office, thirty-eight dollars and twenty- five cents. To Chs. Lynch To Charles Lynch sixteen hundred and fifty-six dollars and seventy-three and one half cents; for cash advanced for the state, and interest due there- on. To L. O'Brien.
