And be it further enacted, That the Colector tax collector of said county, shall enter into bond, a epayable to the judge of probate for said county, and his successors in office, in such sum, and such security, as may be approved of by the judge of prolbate of said county, conditioned, that he will faithfully assess and collect and pay over to the commissioners aforesaid, for which he shall re- ceive the same per centum as is allowed for col- lecting the state tax. Sec. 9. And be'it further enacted, That in Vacancies, case of a vacancy occasioned by resignation, death, bow filled. or refusal to act, it shall be the duty of the county court to fill such vacancy.
