APPROVED: February 12th, 1828. CHAP. XLV. AN ACT, to permit John G. Creagh, as guardian of Ann D. Howzc and James A. Howze, to remove their property into the state of Alabama. Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the state of Mississippi, in General Issembly convened, That whenever John G. Creagh shall file, in the orphans' court of the county of Wayne, in the st'ate of Missis- sippi, a certified transcript of the record of the or- phans' court of any county in the state of Ala- John . bama, shewing that he has become the guardian Creagh to, n Y remove of Ann U. Howze and James A. Howze, and property that he, as their guardian, has returned a correct of certain. n aino inventory of their property to said court, it shall be considered as a settlement with the orphans' court of the county of Wayne, and the said John G. Creagh shall then be permitted to remove the property of the said Ann D. Howze and James A. Howze into the state of Alabama. Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the said John G. Creagh, before he can avail himself of the provisions of this act, shall render a true
