It shall be the duty of the Secretary of State to forward to the Clerk of each County Court, and the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners for St. Louis county, immediately after the passage of this act, a true copy of the same. § 11. None of the provisions of this act shall apply to the county of Buchanan ; but the said county of Buchanan shall, in all respects, be gov- erned by the law for levying, assessing, and collecting the revenue, approved November 23, 1857. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage. Approved December 14, 1859. SALARY. AN ACT to increase the Salary of the Judges of the Supreme Court. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows : § 1. That the Judges of the Supreme Court of this State shall receive the sum of three thousand dollars per annum, salary. § 2. All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby repealed.
